Coffee

Switzerland is one of the countries with the highest coffee consumption.

What makes the difference is the quality of the beans, not only whether they are Arabica or Robusta, but also the place of origin, the soil, whether they are grown in the shade or in the sun, and the quantity produced.

Roasting is very important, in the south it is roasted more intensely, which leads to intense aromas, in the north less, where it develops more acidity and more subtle aromas.

Coffee culture has developed considerably in recent years. Today, specialty coffees are very fashionable, i.e. a selection of precious batches that are roasted alone and not blended. 
We strive to become a reference for good organic coffee, as with food: better less but better.
