From our point of view the only style of agriculture that makes sense is one that does not include, not a little or a lot, the use of fertilizers and products from synthetic chemistry. Useful only to plug holes that can be filled by knowledge of Nature, depleting and polluting the soil, bad for our health. On the same level we consider genetically modified organisms, the real social, economic and environmental scourge of this present.
The difference between organic-biodynamic and conventional is abysmal. Not only from the point of view of taste but considering the indispensable aspect of our health and that of the planet that hosts us. The real change happens by changing the farming style not by trying to dominate Mother Nature, that is impossible, but by interpreting and accompanying her.
