The breakfast
Breakfast, as everyone knows, is a very important meal. In the West, it usually consists of cereals, fruit, vegetable protein or milk. The habits of each individual are different or selective, as in the case of many children or teenagers who go to school without breakfast.
So there is plenty of choice for all palates, even for mid-morning snacks or break-time snacks. All with little or no sugar, which we should know how to calibrate in our diet. There are also oilseeds, dried fruit, supplements, pancake bases and some salty suggestions.
